Greater Blessing Project Completed

Old floor in laundry room showing signs of water damage.

The Lanier Fuller Center for Housing has completed our first three Greater Blessing projects. These are all home repair projects for those unable to afford repairs needed to bring their homes into decent living conditions.

These pictures are before and after of our third and most complex project. In this home we found extensive mold due to a water tank leak, crumbling floors, etc.

Our team of volunteers removed two levels of damaged flooring, replace with a new sub-floor and floor, added new floor covering (a floating floor), replaced the leaking water heater, installed new cabinets and countertops, replaced the commode and installed a new faucet in the MBR bath. This project took 5 days to complete.

This is just one example of how your generous donation is helping those in our community unable to help themselves.

Our Gravitt Road project is nearing completion.  All work has been completed and we are awaiting county approval for the family to move into their new home.

Thanks again for making this possible.
